At Bikram Yoga Rio Salado, we do one thing and we do it well: We teach the approved Bikram beginning yoga class. 


  • Bikram yoga, the original “hot yoga,” is a sequence of 26 postures and breathing exercises practiced twice each during a 90-minute session in a heated room.
  • Our Bikram-certified instructors guide students through each pose and offer individual guidance to help students to achieve the best posture possible for maximum benefit.
  • We maintain a temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit and a humidity level of 40 percent in our classroom. Plenty of fans located above the classroom floor ensure the best airflow possible, so you'll never experience a "stuffy" room.
  • We believe everyone can benefit from Bikram yoga practice and offer affordable packages to make sure we do our best to make that happen.
  • Our studio is state-of-the art with plenty of room for large classes without anyone feeling squeezed. And our bath/shower facilities rock.

Bikram yoga is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush unwanted toxins. This yoga series stimulates the organs, glands and nerves and systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body restoring health to all systems.

The Bikram beginning yoga class is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. You don't need to be flexible to do Bikram yoga. Through regular practice that involves performing the same sequence of poses each class offers you a consistent experience, allowing you to move at your own pace and as your personal practice evolves.
